Ask for a refund transfer when preparing your taxes. You will pay nothing at the time of tax prep and all of your tax preparation fees will automatically be payed from your tax refund.
The IRS and/or state will review your tax return and issue your refund, pending no issues or outstanding credits.
When your tax refund comes in from the IRS or State, EPS deducts the tax preparation fee, the EPS Account Setup Fee, and any other advance loans and agreed upon fees. The amount remaining is then sent to you.
If you chose to have your refund direct deposited to your bank account or put onto an FasterMoney® Visa® Prepaid Card, your funds will be automatically loaded. If you chose a paper check, your check will be available for pick up in your tax preparer's office.
With this disbursement option, you tax refund proceeds will be printed on a paper check in your tax preparer's office.
